This site exists to provide professional background, pedigree, and contact information for Dr. Krzemien. Clinical care is delivered separately through Georgia Spine and Sports Rehab in Buford, Georgia.

Content on this site is general professional information. It is not medical advice for your specific case, and reading it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. To become a patient, contact the clinic directly.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, or commercially distribute site content without written permission. Personal-use sharing of public links and short quotes with attribution is welcome.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Form submissions and inquiries. If you contact us through the site or by following a clinic booking link, we collect the information you provide. Inquiries route to drjoekrz@gmail.com and to the clinic at info@georgiaspinesports.com. Information is used only to respond.
Server logs. Our host (Vercel) records standard server access logs, including IP address, browser, referring URL, and pages visited. These logs are used for site reliability and abuse prevention.
Video playback. Testimonial videos on the site are self-hosted and do not deploy third-party tracking pixels.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, operate the site reliably, and protect against abuse. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
